The Office of Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) has prepared the Release of Liability Waiver form and supporting documentation designed to inform minors and their parents and/or guardians of the potential risks that may be found in laboratories and shops. The documentation also includes a list of safety rules for minors working in laboratories and shops.
