In opposition to the NIH reduction in Facilities and Administration (also known as Indirect Costs) there has been a filed complaint and motion for a temporary restraining order. The University of California is named a plaintiff in this lawsuit along with 12 other institutions. It is currently not the only issue that the University is tracking/responding, as it was recently announced that grants from the Institute for Education Science have been cancelled.
