Construction is proposed to begin on Monday, October 26, 2026 and will start with installation of a sound wall for noise mitigation along the south edge of the site, facing Ayres Avenue. Work will then move to interior and roof demolition to create new floor slab openings for utility shafts and interior stairs; installation of steel at new floor openings; disconnecting, rerouting or removing utilities; installation of scaffolding; site excavation and shoring; tree and site paving removal.
