On Monday, November 23, 2020, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Creative Activities is hosting a virtual town hall with Arthur Lupia, head of the National Science Foundation (NSF) Directorate for Social, Behavioral, and Economic Sciences (SBE). He will discuss the NSF SBE’s priorities, funding landscape, collaboration and program opportunities, including those relevant to the NSF-wide Harnessing the Data Revolution (HDR) Big Idea, proposal development best practices and student opportunities. The presentation will be followed by a moderated Q&A with Vice Chancellor Roger Wakimoto. This event is open to the UCLA community.
