On April 6, 2022, Technology Development Group Associate Vice Chancellor Amir Naiberg announced that applications for the 2022 UCLA Innovation Fund are now open. UCLA faculty from all schools who have signed the UCLA Patent Policy are eligible to apply. Eligible technologies must fall into one of two tracks: Therapeutics or MedTech (medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health).
The submission deadlines for Letter of Intent vary by track:
- May 2, 2022 - MedTech Letter of Intent Due
- June 1, 2022 - Therapeutics Letter of Intent Due
