On March 8, 2021, Amir Naiberg Technology Development Group Associate Vice Chancellor, CEO and President announced that applications for the 2021 UCLA Innovation Fund are now open. UCLA faculty from all schools who have signed the UCLA Patent Policy are eligible to
apply. The eligible projects must fall into one of two tracks: Therapeutics or Medtech (medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health).
The submission deadlines for Letter of Intent vary by track:
- Thursday, April 1, 2021 - Therapeutics Letter of Intent Due
- Saturday, May 1, 2021 - MedTech Letter of Intent Due
