On March 17, 2022, Interim Vice Provost Kathleen L. Komar and Vice Chancellor for Research and Creative Activities Roger M. Wakimoto announced that the University of California Office of the President invites comments on a
proposed Presidential Policy on University of California Research Data, in a second systemwide review, the first review having closed on April 7, 2021. It is encouraged to read the Proposed UC Research Data Policy (PDF) and provide comments. Please submit your comments to RPAC@ucop.edu with the subject line “Research Data Policy
Comments.” Comments are due April 18, 2022.
