The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and the Academic Senate Council on Research have announced a new seed grant opportunity for faculty engaged in transdisciplinary research; approximately 10 awards of up to $25,000 each will be awarded. To facilitate dialogue and collaboration across disciplines, specifically for this opportunity, a new website entitled the Transdisciplinary Seed Grant Forum (TSGF) was launched. Please visit the TSGF website, register as a user, enter your information in the database and review or engage in forum discussions. Proposal specifications and preparation tools are also available on the site. To log in to the TSGF website, you will need your UCLA Logon ID and password. The due date for proposals is April 30, 2011.
