In a joint announcement Administrative Vice Chancellor Michael Beck and Vice Chancellor for Research & Creative Activities (ORCA) Roger Wakimoto, shared with the Bruin Community that Google will end unlimited storage for Google Workspace for Education (GWE) on the 1st of November 2024. Bruins are encouraged to check their current personal drive usage and to not exceed the new permanent baseline storage. Accounts that exceed their Permanent Baseline Quota on or after June 27, 2024 will experience service disruption.
