On January 28, 2020, Michelle Sityar, executive officer of the Office of Environment, Health and Safety, shared a BruinPost with the campus community about UCLA Policy 905: Research Laboratory Personal Safety and Protective Equipment. The revisions include clarification on acceptable means of personal protective equipment (PPE) and associated responsibilities of users and designated authorities for the selection, provision, and utilization of PPE under the referenced conditions.
