On June 11, 2018, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Environment, Health & Safety, Colin Dimock, announced that the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) has elected to convert all campuses from the Chemical Inventory System (CIS) to UC Chemicals by the end of this current fiscal year. The system will become the campus standard as of the new fiscal year on July 1, 2018.
